Returns due to defects or damage:

  1. We accept returns ONLY if the item has manufacturing defects or was damaged during transit.
  2. The affected order must be returned within 14 business days of its receipt.
  3. Items should be in the condition as when you received them, with all tags attached, unworn, unaltered, or unwashed.
  4. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage, along with any other relevant proof to support the reason for your return.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at detailing your order specifics and the reason for your return.
  2. After assessing your case, if your return is approved, we will send you a guide to print and attach to your package.
  3. Proceed to send the package via the designated courier company.
  4. Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, and if it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.
